As part of my final project during my illustration degree, I decided to rebrand Yellow Tail Wines, a company whose logo I felt offered a great opportunity for experimentation and expansion. I began with research into the brand's history and its location, which became a key theme and source of inspiration for my outcomes. While experimenting with my new and upcoming style, I made sure to preserve the brand’s identity by maintaining the integrity of the logo. Above is a label design that integrates my style and aesthetic, showcasing the Yenda Hotel, a well-known landmark in the town. All while keeping the logo at the forefront.
During this project, I designed a new label, and merchandise and explored the brand’s social media possibilities. I developed the line of work across all marketing and brand platforms, which was a key lesson in understanding elements of packaging, design, and overall branding.
